We follow a tried and trusted process when it comes to buying or remortgaging your home because of one simple reason. We know it works. Our process has been tried and tested over years and countless clients, and as long as our clients stick to it, it never fails to get the right results.
Step 1 - Book
Make an appointment to come and see us at our office in Leicester.
Step 2 - Meeting
In your appointment we’ll listen to you & ask questions such as how much deposit do you have, your employment status, your income, outgoings, credit history and discuss the best mortgage & protection options for your circumstances. We’ll take some documentation from you and look to get your mortgage agreed in principle.
Step 3 - House Hunting
Go (the fun bit) and find a home you want to buy (unless it’s a remortgage of course in which case jump straight to step 5) within the price brackets that we’ve talked about and agreed upon.
Step 4 - Offer
Once you’ve found your new home, made an offer on a new property and it’s been accepted we need to be your first call! We’ll book you in for your second appointment and we’ll instruct your solicitors (as we’ll have taken and certified your ID at your first appointment we can send this over to the solicitors so you don’t have the worry of sending original documents in the post).
Step 5 - The Sign Up
This is when we will submit your full mortgage and protection applications. We’ll take all the relevant details such as the new property address, property type and any other bits we need, get the survey instructed & give the advice that is required. At this point you’re properly on your journey and we’ll keep in contact with you all the way through to completion.
